Vruddhi Consultancy Services established in 2011. An Ex-Serviceman Enterprise with a span of four decades of experience in Defence and Aerospace.
From the lowest rung of Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul of Russian Ground radars and airborne radars scaled to gain industrial experience in development of products for military usage, involved in qualification process eventually destined to marketing and consultancy for industries.

Recipient of Letter of Appreciation from Commanding Officer of Heavy Transport Aircraft Fleet for saving significant foreign exchange.
Acceptance of Ilushin aircraft, Operation Airliftment, during Evacuation of Kuwaitee Indians , Setting up of Aviation recorder laboratory, have been the overseas assignments executed.
Had under taken the projects of development and qualification of sub assemblies of AN-32 a/c as a part of indigenization programme.
Was Instrumental in according certifications for Design house approval from CEMILAC, In- House R &D Recognition by DSIR, DGAQA approval of the firm, National Award by DSIR and Defence Industrial License to various companies.
Possess a Master degree in Business Administration, Bachelor degree in Information Technology, and Diploma in Electronic Engineering.
Had been offering consultancy to start up industries to achieve significant growth. Currently involved in roping the youth through Business Skill training programmes on Aerospace and Defence.
